The Soul Care Ministry at Hillcrest offers biblical counsel for those struggling in the following areas: Depression, Anxiety, Marital Problems, Addictions, Self-Harm, Suicidal thoughts, Grief, Parenting Problems, Infertility/Miscarriage, Abuse, Post-Abortive Problems, Traumatic Experiences, OCD, Adultery, and others.

Struggling with addiction? Join Most Excellent Way
Most Excellent Way is a group designed to help those struggling with any life-dominating sinful behaviors or addictions to find help using the Word of God and the Church of God. We meet weekly on Wednesday at the Nine Mile Campus from 6:30-8:00p to study and apply the Bible for the goal of seeing people experience freedom through Christ. Are you a new widow? Did your spouse pass long ago?
The New Journey Ministry of Hillcrest seeks to offer Christ-centered care to all widows by addressing and offering support to their spiritual, social, and practical needs so that they can continue on the journey of becoming like Christ.

Do you need help dealing with grief or loss?
A GriefShare group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotion of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead as you grieve loss. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn biblical and helpful ways of grieving in ways that will glorify God. We believe the Bible is God’s sufficient Word for understanding all of life’s problems, including grief. This leads us to grieve in biblical and communal ways. We make sure that everyone involved has the opportunity to walk their journey alongside loving brothers and sisters in Christ.
