Join us in Preschool! Our ministry is Bible-based and designed to meet the developmental needs and characteristics of preschoolers from birth through age five. Our goal is to partner with you as you begin your discipleship journey with your family.

FAMILY DEDICATION

Congratulations on the birth of your new baby! In the midst of all that is changing in your home with the addition of your new baby, we invite you to take a moment to focus on what really matters most.

No one will have more influence on your child than YOU! We believe that what happens at home is more important than what happens at church. It is our hope that we can partner with you from the beginning. We want to be your biggest fans, your strongest supporters, and your trusted guides as you raise your child to know what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

We believe it is important to take some time at the beginning of your journey as a parent to really think about what will matter the most in the life of your child; to really talk together and decide what you can do today that will have the greatest impact on your child’s future.

Why?

Family Dedication is an opportunity to pause as you begin your parenting journey and seek God’s wisdom, dedicate your parenting efforts to Christ and allow your church family to support you as you commit to being the spiritual leader of your home.

How?

At the Nine Mile Campus, parents will attend a Dedication Orientation and Parent Class in order to sign up for the Dedication Celebration. After the class each parent will listen to three parenting messages and complete homework pages documenting the ways you will invest in your child’s eternal future.

At the Spanish Trail Campus the Director of Preschool and Children will set up a meeting with parents to discuss the process and their responsibilities.

What?

At the Nine Mile Campus, we have Family Dedication Celebrations twice a year. At the event we have pictures of the family, a short message from the pastor and a time for each parent to share with the friends and family they invited why Family Dedication is so important to them.

At the Spanish Trail Campus we include Family Dedication in the Sunday morning service twice a year with a short meet-and-greet time afterward in the FLC.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

If you have a heart for preschoolers and want to minister to young families, come join our team! There are many different jobs in preschool and we’d love to help you find the right place to serve. We also ask each preschool parent serve on a rotating basis to supplement weekly teachers in the classroom.

MOM'S DAY OUT

Early Learning Program

Hillcrest MDO (Mom’s Day Out) is a Christian based part-time preschool program hosted at our Nine Mile Campus for children ages one through four. Children receive loving care while participating in creative learning activities based on biblical principles.

We are committed to helping each child develop fully: spiritually, physically, socially, emotionally, and cognitively. Each child is valued as a unique individual, created by God, with a unique learning style. All activities are developmentally appropriate and take into account the differences of each child.
