Connect groups are a perfect opportunity to find a group of people that you can do life with. We’ve got groups for all ages and walks of life so take a look and find the one that’s right for you.

The Lord Jesus taught His disciples in the setting of a small group. At Hillcrest, we follow our Lord’s example in Connect Groups. Connect Groups are small groups for all ages that meet on Sunday mornings to build friendships, study the Bible, and serve together. It is the primary way we CONNECT at Hillcrest. With over 40 Connect Groups just for adults, there’s bound to be one that works for you. We also offer a fully-graded Connect Group program for our Preschoolers, Children (K – 5th), and Students (6th – 12th).
A Connect Group (CG) is an ongoing small group of disciples at Hillcrest. Acts 2:42-47 is the passage for our vision of CGs. The early disciples were devoted to life together for the purpose of becoming like Christ. So, our CGs study the Bible together, build relationships, and serve the community together. We’ve got groups all the way from Preschool to Senior Adults for Coed, Men, and Women.
Our Connect Groups gather on our church campuses, either 9 Mile or Spanish Trail. Our Connect Groups meet on Sunday mornings at either 8:15am, 9:30am or 11:00am at Nine Mile and at 8:15am and 11:00am at Spanish Trail.
There are a number of ways to gain information about our Connect Groups. First, you can browse below to see a list of all the Connect Groups. Second, you can contact the church office, and we can provide you direction on your Connect Group options. Third, if you arrive at church and are not sure which Connect Group to attend, visit a Next Steps Center where greeters will be happy to escort you to an appropriate Connect Group.
You may visit as many Connect Groups as you wish before joining one. Once you find the right Connect Group for you, you may join by completing a Connect Group Information card.
Connect Groups are always open for anyone to join at any time. You can find more information on specific groups below, visit one of our Next Steps Centers, or contact the church office.
