UPWARD BASKETBALL & CHEERLEADING


Upward is designed to teach children the Basketball and Cheerleading fundamentals in a fun and safe environment, with rules that promote healthy competition and teamwork. Children will also learn life lessons from the Bible and prayer.

We need volunteers to help coach. Please contact us at 476-2233 or fill out and submit the coach application below.

All players will practice for 1 hour per week and play 1 game per week. Practices will be on Tuesday or Thursday nights, with games on Friday nights or Saturday, depending on age. Some games will be played on weeknights, as scheduling requires. In the event of weeknight games, there will be no practices for those weeks. Practices begin the week of September 30th and games begin the week of October 14th.

Full Size Basketball Courts, 2 Court Volleyball Setup, Indoor Walking Track, and Locker Rooms with Showers.
Must be 13 years or older to use Hillcrest Gymnasium.

Fitness Center
Treadmill, Elliptical Machine, Stationary Cycling, and Total Body Weight Machines.
Must be 14 or older to use Fitness Center.


Hillcrest Park

Different leagues are held throughout the year at Hillcrest Park. We are very active in reaching young families through sports. We have a range of leagues from Pre-K to Adult throughout the year. Baseball, Softball, Coach Pitch, Teeball, and Weeball seasons are a different times of the year.
